It was built as a family “cottage” in 1887, when wealthy tycoons selected the most desirable locations for their summer season mansions. Note: All Villa Cucina use must be limited to breakfast and/or snacks, hot dogs, paninis, or heating up left overs, etc. Proper clean up is requested as another guest may be right behind you. Thank you!
Villa Breakfast
The Villa offers a delicious continental spread on the weekdays from 8am-10am and features an assortment of cereals, breads, bagels, and fruit. Belgian Waffle mix is conveniently pre-measured for you and stored in or refrigerator for you to prepare your own waffles. Our steel cut oatmeal is served daily along with our Tuscan potatoes. During the week the continental breakfast spread is from 8:00am - 10:00am. On Tuesdays and Fridays, in addition to our continental spread we will proudly serve our delicious Breakfast Pizza. On the weekends breakfast is from 9am - 10am with special dishes as follows:Saturday: Blueberry/Pecan French Toast

Villa Cucina
The kitchen is a common area for use at your leisure to store takeout and catch a mid day/mid night snack. The refrigerator is always stocked with select meats and cheeses for you to prepare a delectable Panini and apples, oranges, and bananas for a quick healthy snack.Villa Grotto Grill
The grotto at the Villa hosts a gas grill with propane on hand 365 days a year and a ceramic charcoal cooker seasonal to cook up steaks, burgers, dogs and brats, or have a romantic cook out with meats & seafood and a bottle of vino.
